Your vital objectives are to provide strategic direction for LDH’s fundraising activities, working closely with the CEO and the Head of Media & Communications, who will report to you. You will give leadership and guidance to your team to ensure achievement of goals, build meaningful relationships with diverse stakeholders to encourage support for philanthropic and sponsorship activities within the organisation, and advise the Board on fundraising campaigns and projects.
For this important position, you must be a proven advancement professional with a thorough understanding of philanthropy and fundraising at top level as well as the ability to create and mould a committed, capable and enthusiastic team of specialist staff.
