About the role
The Head of Projects & Integration is a new senior leadership position reporting to the Executive General Manager Performance & Integration. The successful applicant will play a key role in the execution of the organisation’s strategy. The role will build project management and business intelligence capability across Uniting and ensure all programs and projects are aligned to the required outcomes of the strategic change and integration program. The role will manage interdependencies across projects to ensure that information relating to project deliverables, risks and issues are effectively communicated between stakeholders and the sequencing of projects minimise impact on service delivery.
Working closely with Uniting’s executive leadership team, the Head of Projects & Integration will oversee and report on the health of each project across the entire portfolio.

• Build Project Management and business intelligence capability
• Oversee strategic change and integration Program
• Minimise project impact on service delivery
About you
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and work in a manner that influences, shapes and supports the delivery of strategic outcomes. You have extensive experience in leading a customer focused team responsible for the support and/or execution of major change initiatives across an organisation. You have developed, led and implemented a broad range of enterprise-wide contemporary PMO and business intelligence strategies, programs, policies and operational practices that successfully support strategic objectives.
You have a relevant qualification in business, management, project management and significant experience in building and maintaining whole of organisation relationships. You will have proven experience in a large complex organisational context, with an emphasis on delivering outcomes with a focus on exemplary customer service
