We have a new opportunity for an experienced Legal Counsel to join our senior team.
What we need from you:
You will:
- provide support and assistance to the Chief Executive Officer to ensure all governance is maintained,
- manage and have oversight of legal issues and documentation,
- manage key stakeholder relationships including external lawyers
- ensure the Board and committee processes and procedures run efficiently and effectively.
