In this important position, you will work across the entire organisation and be responsible for developing and evaluating an organisational continuous improvement plan that meets all current requirements, and oversee a range of related responsibilities that embrace

- Education / risk & compliance awareness

- Safety
- WorkCover management
For this key leadership role you should have qualifications in risk management or a business degree with at least 5 years experience leading quality management systems in a comparable services setting. You will need to be a self-motivated influencer of change, with sound interpersonal skills and a proven track record of working with quality standards, accreditation processes and implementing improvement.
