We’re looking for an experienced, creative and dynamic Marketing & Communications Manager to drive the Foundation’s communications, media engagement and digital strategies. Leading a small but passionate team, the role is responsible for developing and delivering engaging, creative and innovative digital, PR, and media campaigns to help reduce the stigma and burden of incontinence, raise the Foundation’s profile and connect people in need to our supports and services. As a key member of the Leadership Team, you will work closely with the CEO and Operations Manager to deliver impact and a sustainable future for the Foundation.

The Continence Foundation of Australia provides support and advice to over 5 million Australians living with or affected by bladder and bowel control problems. As the national peak body, the Foundation exists to serve all Australians by promoting bladder and bowel health. From birth to old age the Continence Foundation cares for all Australians who live with bladder and bowel control issues to live full and rewarding lives, those who help them, and the services support them to do so.
