About the role

Are you a marketing graduate passionate about sustainability for the planet, people and animals? We’re looking for a Marketing Coordinator to join our purpose driven team!

 

We’re looking for driven and switched on team player to work across and support the customer team. In this role you’ll gain broad exposure to all aspects of marketing including social media management, customer acquisition, campaign management, brand awareness, customer experience and website management.

We have a collaborative and inspiring culture. Our people are purpose driven and have a strong connection to who we are and what we do. We’re a small (but growing!) team of 65 employees. You’ll work within the marketing team of 8 people.

Your responsibilities and what you’ll be doing:

  • Support the active management of our social media community through responding, when appropriate, to foster a positive community and encourage valuable discussion with our audience
  • Assist with creating and maintaining a content calendar across all social media channels
  • Assist with writing communications including articles, competitions, advertising and member communication
  • Assist with the development and execution customer acquisition campaigns to drive new customers, including the creative design, campaign landing pages, content, and media support
  • Assist with the development and execution of customer engagement campaigns and communication including designing and building email campaigns, segmentation of communications, data driven insights and utilising propensity models for future campaigns
  • Assist with marketing campaign evaluation and reporting
  • Assist with maintaining the company website including building pages, writing and editing content and performance information, and testing

What we’re looking for in the ideal candidate:

  • A can-do and curious attitude, eager to learn
  • Willingness and ability to work across and juggle multiple different tasks at one time
  • Ability to work in a small team environment
  • Interest or experience in purpose-driven, cause-related businesses, including those with a social or environmental impact
  • Interest or experience in wealth management products and services (i.e. superannuation)
  • Strong alignment with our values of Wisdom, Authenticity, Action and Empathy
  • Passionate about customer-centric marketing
  • Interest or experience using Google Analytics, Sprout (or any social media tools), Content Management System (CMS) and Business Insights tools (i.e. Tableau)
  • A high level of interpersonal, communication and organisational skills
  • Degree in Marketing and/or a related field
