About the role
As part of the amalgamation of Coeliac Australia, two new part time roles have become available in our office in Waitara for Membership Services Assistants. The major duties of these roles include: • Answering telephone calls and email enquiries and referring as required • New member administration, services and follow-up • Data entry of all member services including new members and renewals • Data entry of research appeals and all fundraising activities • Opening and distributing mail and preparing outgoing mail • Welcoming and assisting with visitor enquiries • Ensuring office presentation is professional and all brochures and displays are up to date • Filing and Archiving as required • Other projects as requested by the Membership Services Team Leader
The Membership Services Assistant will possess a friendly, confident personality, understand the importance of customer service and have strong computer skills. Demonstrated knowledge and experience of coeliac disease is preferred. Interested? About the organisation
Coeliac Australia is the national registered charity supporting Australians with coeliac disease and associated conditions requiring a gluten free diet. We provide membership and a range of support and information services to enhance the lives of people with coeliac disease, raise vital funds for research and create awareness of coeliac disease and the gluten free diet within the medical profession, food services industry and the broader community.
