The Doutta Galla Board has been very stable for many years, and now we are looking for additional talent to join our team.   Our new Board member will ideally have an understanding and passion for aged care in particular clinical and governance excellence while at the same time have an eye for taking Doutta Galla into the future from a marketing, financial and strategic perspective. 

To be considered for this role, the individual will have previous Board and/or Committee experience or be willing to bring significant senior management experience to a Board role. The role will require a commitment of time as well as energy and skills. The ability to take a practical approach to our future while supporting ongoing and significant change is essential.
