About the opportunity:

Due to increased consumer demand, we are seeking an experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our new Behaviour & Therapy Services program. Working remotely and from our Narre Warren and / or Pakenham offices, this full-time permanent position is perfect for a confident and positive professional who wants to join an organisation who lives by their strong values to help strengthen our community.

In this newly created role as a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play an integral part in developing a new program in an established and well-regarded organisation.   You will also manage a caseload and deliver evidence informed strategies, standard assessments and training to empower individuals to increase their physical skills and confidence. 

This is a wonderful opportunity for applicants who have the drive and innovation to build business in a community with growing demand. 

 

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Bachelor of higher qualification in Physiotherapy and current registration with relevant professional body

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience managing, supervising and leading staff

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in strengths based intervention within discipline

  • Demonstrated knowledge in the prescription of assistive technology and registration as a State Wide Equipment Program Prescriber preferred

  • Registration with Medicare and DSS

  • Current Victorian Drivers’ Licence
