Our Client Service Centre are the first point of contact for those who want to be connected with services we provide.  The team connects clients and carers with services and on-boards new clients.  They are often referred to as the “front door” to Anglicare. 
  
As a part of the CSC, Anglicare’s Concierge team offer support and assistance to clients from Townsville to the Gold
Coast and across to Roma – identifying and building client relationships to create customer centric pathways to Anglicare’s services. We are looking for a full time Coordinator to lead and support the team to achieve organisational strategic objectives and maximising contractual opportunities of individual client-care packages.
  
This requires a balance of strategic and operational expertise in supporting and mentoring a team of 11 to achieve organisational and contractual goals while ensuring client care is at the centre of every decision and action.  You will also be required to offer guidance in complex cases and act as liaison with our service and facility management teams.

Skills and Experience
Along with an extensive and successful background in a sales or client acquisition environment, typically within a call centre we are looking for someone who has strong, genuine leadership skills.  Other skills and experience will include:

  • A current understanding of the aged care sector and the importance of client engagement, and converting leads to acquisitions
  • Excellent coordination skills – able to manage workflows and workloads that support both your team, and client need
  • The ability to lead, guide and mentor both local and remote team members – creating a collaborative, supportive culture
  • Confident with data analytics – analysing information and trends using manual processes
  • Exceptional capacity to communicate with a range of stakeholders, including negotiation and influencing skills
  • Able to work collaboratively with Services, problem solve and find solutions to ensure clients get the care they need, while maintaining contractual obligations
  • Strong skills in MS Office suite and significant experience in the use of call centre technology and telephony systems  

To be considered for this opportunity you will need to have:

  • A Diploma in Business, Sales, Communications, Human Services or a similar field
  • National Police Certificate
  • Current Blue Card with Yellow Card exemption
  • A Queensland Driver Licence
