About the role

Who we’re looking for

If you’re an Early Childhood Coordinator, qualified as either an Allied Health Professional or Early Childhood Education Specialist, enjoy variety in your day, and working closely with other service delivery professionals, you might be exactly the person we’re looking for!

As part of our Early Childhood Early Intervention (ECEI) team at our Queanbeyan NSW site, EACH is looking for an ECEI Coordinator with at least 3 years’ experience providing early intervention with families and children aged 0 -6 with developmental delays or disabilities to provide support to families, making a huge difference to the lives of those with developmental delays and disabilities.

What you’ll be doing

You will work with families to assess their child’s needs and make recommendations about the most appropriate supports to help the child achieve their goals and participate in daily activities at home and in the community. This may include connecting to local specialists and mainstream services, short to medium term early intervention supports and, where a child needs longer-term specialised earlier intervention, assist families to apply for and use an NDIS funded plan.

This role will include meeting with the important people in the child’s life and preparing reports, documentation and accurate records in accordance with NDIS requirements.

Who you’ll be working with

You will be part of a trans-disciplinary team working with families with children 0 to 6 years old with a developmental delay or disability.

What we offer

EACH offers all staff benefits by offering Not for Profit Salary Packaging, a family-friendly workplace strategy and support through a comprehensive Employee Assistance Program.
