Amy Gillett Foundation (AGF) is Australia’s leading bike rider safety organisation. It was established in 2006 with the sole purpose of promoting safe cycling culture in Australia and reducing the incidence of death and injury to bike riders through research, advocacy and education. The AGF has a strong track record and brand based on successful change.

Reporting to a progressive and committed governance Board, you will develop, articulate and implement the AGF strategy and market position, developing sound revenue streams – with a solid foundation and focus on philanthropy. You will lead, prioritise and shepherd a diverse pipeline spanning multi-channel fundraising, corporate sponsorship and commercial opportunities, along with event-related revenues.

To succeed in this pivotal role you must be an inspiring and effective leader, with superior interpersonal skills and business acumen, who can build trusting relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, supporters and volunteers – with the insight and resolve to challenge the status quo and drive transformational change. Naturally, a genuine interest in bicycle riding and empathy for cyclists will be highly valued, along with frontline media experience and the ability and presence to quickly build a media profile.
