Are you excited to dive into challenges, improve existing practices and lead a cultural shift at the workplace?

As the Coordinator of the Housing Support Services, you will be responsible for providing effective leadership in line with Launch’s values to a team of Housing Support & Outreach Workers and ensure that the services provided to clients are delivered in an effective, consistent and professional manner with the needs and dignity of service users made a priority. You will ensure a consistent and best-practice approach to case management is maintained and directly oversees a team of case managers.

The two primary programs the Coordinator is responsible for delivering is the Transitional Support Program and Support for Families at Risk Program. Transitional Support aims to achieve long-term housing, employment, education, health and wellbeing outcomes for people who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness in the southern metro region. The Support for Families at Risk program aims to tailor support so that families are prevented from entering the homelessness service system

 

About You

Are you a strong leader with demonstrated experience in driving positive culture and best practices? Are you proactive and loves to take a high level of initiatives?

The successful candidate should have strong leadership qualities and can directly oversee a team of case managers. Working in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team, this challenging position requires someone who can take a high level of initiatives in improving existing practices, lead a cultural shift on-site and provide direction to a team to ensure the delivery of consistent, effective and high-quality programs and services.
