Manager – ICT Business Partnerships

About the opportunity

As the Manager – ICT Business Partnerships, you will work collaboratively within Uniting ICT and across divisions to ensure the effective engagement between the business and the team.

This is an essential role as an ICT advocate on behalf of the business for creating business value and leveraging technology for innovation. You will support business development, projects, performance, service difficulties and related matters.

This position will work in partnership with other ICT professionals and Uniting managers in implementation of enterprise-wide client engagement, client satisfaction measurement and informational strategies in a complex, diverse regional organization.

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

• Demonstrated experience in adaptive leadership and collaboration in a complex environment
• Solid experience in business partnering or consulting, with strong customer focus
• Demonstrated experience in product lifecycle management (integrating people, data, processes and business systems) across the lifecycle of a product or platform
• Experience in the provision of strategic advice and guidance to senior level management; being agile and impactful
• Substantial ICT experience including analysis, project management and problem solving

You will also have a collaborative approach, a customer service ethic, ability to manage a team, and have the ability to develop and influence a change agenda with a range of stakeholders, including suppliers, staff and senior management.
