Now let’s talk about you.

We’re looking for a values-driven person who shares our passion for mental health and wellbeing.

This is a big role so it goes without saying that you will need a proven track record in a similar role, backed up by relevant tertiary qualifications in marketing or a related field. Exposure to social media/digital marketing is essential, as is a working knowledge of desktop publishing applications (ie Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop) as well as website content management systems.

More importantly, you’ll be able to understand and relate to our target demographic, as well as possessing the ability to work with key internal stakeholders.

You will be an organised, team-oriented and personable individual, with excellent communication, planning and time management skills, including the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines effectively. A proactive self-starter, you will be dedicated to executing marketing projects to the highest calibre and working within a team of passionate, energetic and positive staff members. You’ll also need a winning attitude and a drive to succeed.

This role would be well-suited to an experienced Marketing Coordinator looking to take the next step up in their career, or someone in a similar role looking for a new challenge.

You will enjoy working for an organisation with driven and motivated people in a relaxed and inclusive culture. In exchange for your hard work and dedication, you will be rewarded with a competitive salary. In addition, you will be provided with a mobile phone and laptop and generous leave entitlements

This is an exciting opportunity for someone wanting to take the next step up in their marketing career, within an organisation making a real and positive difference to the lives of many people across Australia.
