About the role
IBA is looking to appoint a Director Housing Solutions to be responsible for ensuring the continued success of its long-established home lending program. You will ensure that IBA’s home lending policy and products are responsive to Indigenous customer needs and are delivered effectively and efficiently. As a member of the senior leadership group you will represent IBA and continue to enhance the well-established trust and confidence in our work, leveraging your network and reputation.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, with high-level influencing skills to develop effective working relationships with a wide range of clients and stakeholders. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and will demonstrate strong personal drive, enthusiasm, and a focus on results. The ability to achieve in program delivery and manage a large team to deliver results are critical and essential skills.
The successful candidate will require a tertiary qualification in either banking or finance, accompanied by professional expertise in the Australian banking sector, preferably with home lending specialism and a strategic understanding of the Australian housing system. You must be able to travel as required and
manage the national network to undertake this role. Experience in running a national network of regional offices is preferred.
