About the organisation

Organisation Name : PA Research Foundation

The PA Research Foundation is the PA Hospital Campus’ philanthropic arm, raising funds for world class research into deadly and debilitating disease and innovation in patient care. Everyday countless Australian lives, both the young and old, are lost to serious health conditions, many of which could be prevented by early diagnosis, better health care and treatment alternatives.

At the PA Research Foundation we are all about doing just this; saving lives to create a healthy world for all – by working hand in hand with the community to create opportunities to bring amazing health and medical breakthroughs to life.

Thanks to the generous funding from our donors, partners and wider community of supporters, we are able to provide significant contributions to innovative medical research projects, with focused disease areas including breast cancer, prostate cancer, skin cancer, bladder cancer and kidney disease – to name a few.

Some of our fundraising campaigns include Project Pink, MANDATE, the Smiddy Fun Run and the PA Giving Day. Each reach both a local and national audience.

We’re looking for a committed people person with a passion for communications to engage and inspire our community of supporters.
