About the role
The position works within a matrix management environment. In this model, the National Marketing Projects Manager also reports to the Chair of the National Marketing & Fundraising Working Group for the conduct of national campaign marketing and fundraising activities. As requested by the Chair of the National Marketing & Fundraising Working Group, the role works to facilitate the management and implementation of defined projects. The role will be responsible for gaining consensus across State and Territories for the rollout of major campaigns. The role will also be responsible for contract management involving suppliers, tendering work, budget management and project reporting.
The primary role of the National Marketing Projects Manager is to position the St Vincent de Paul
Society as a leading brand and charity. The position works with the National Marketing and Fundraising Working Group to strategically enhance brand awareness and manage delivery of national marketing and fundraising initiatives including, but not limited to:
- national appeals
- donor acquisitionactivity
- bequest program
- brand development
- Dressed by Vinnies Day and,
- CEO Sleepout campaign.
