Regular Giving Specialist

A large established environmental charity seeks a Regular Giving Specialist to join their energised and supportive team. Reporting to the Direct Marketing Manager and working collaboratively across the Fundraising team, this integral position will coordinate a successful, high volume and fast-paced online lead generation and telemarketing conversion program as well as other acquisition, retention and development initiatives.
  
You will work closely with diverse stakeholders to build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external agencies and use your strong data and analytical skills to optimise, monitor and grow programs. You will draw on your skills and experience in direct and digital marketing to lead this well-established fundraising revenue stream and supporter programs.
  
You will be a self-motivated team player and problem solver with initiative, attention to detail and analytical skills. A broad understanding of fundraising, philanthropy and contemporary regular giving, acquisition and digital strategies is essential, together with a qualifications in business, fundraising, marketing, communications or relevant field. CFRE, FIA Certificate or Diploma in Fundraising is highly regarded.
