About the role
Communications and Marketing Coordinator
0.6 EFT – 3 days per week, working days flexible
Salary – $69,200-$74,456 pro rata per annum plus SGC Super plus Leave Loading
The Communications & Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing internal and external communications that reflect Anchor’s strategic narrative and “business as usual” activity. The role will work across all teams to develop creative and compelling content, contribute to the development and delivery of key campaigns, champion adherence to Anchor’s Brand, provide media advice and support, and ensure a consistent voice across all channels.
KEY POSITION OBJECTIVES
• Oversee the development and implementation of the annual internal and external communications/marketing plans.
• Coordinate and be accountable for all aspects of Anchor’s social media platforms including generating, publishing, moderating and editing content as per the communications plan
• Optimize Anchor’s web and social media activities through competitive research, analysis and data driven insights.
• Coordinate the design and production of key organisational documents including brochures, annual report and other promotional materials as required.
• Organize and coordinate key events/campaigns on behalf of the organisation
