The Organisation
  
ChildFund Australia works in partnership with children and their communities to create lasting and meaningful change by supporting long-term community development. ChildFund manages and implements programs in Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar, Papua New Guinea, Timor-Leste and Vietnam and works in partnership to deliver programs in countries throughout Asia, Africa and the Americas.
  
Globally the ChildFund Alliance assists more than 13 million children and families in over 60 countries.
  

The Role
  
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Fundraising, you will be responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of corporate partnership and philanthropy income and empowering your team to achieve budgets.  Specifically you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and developing significant global corporate relationships including with Rugby World Cup
  • Overseeing and growing major donor, grants, corporate, bequest and community fundraising programs
  • Enhancing prospect management systems and procedures
  • Driving strategy development on the basis of data and analytics

  

Skills and Experience Required

  • Proven track record in managing corporates and growing income through stewarding key relationships
  • Solid understanding of relationship, corporate and major donor fundraising
  • Ability to create compelling proposals and a persuasive case for support
  • Significant success in supporting teams to achieve goals and increase revenue
  • Exceptional interpersonal, team building, stakeholder management and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in budget forecasting and monitoring
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline
