We are currently expanding and have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Aged Care Quality & Services Leader to join our friendly and growing BCD team. Located in Smeaton Grange in south-west Sydney, we are a registered HCP and NDIS provider of in-home and community support services.

BCD is a for-purpose organisation dedicated to local people supporting their local community members. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Aged Care Quality & Services Leader to join our friendly and growing BCD team. Located in Smeaton Grange in south-west Sydney, we are a registered HCP and NDIS provider of in-home and community support services. We aim for our customers to have a positive experience of aging and where possible to be in their own homes.

We need someone who is very experienced in Quality Management and can help us implement our Plan for Continuous Improvement. Reporting to the CEO and as part of the Leadership Team, you will be responsible for ensuring BCD meets the quality and service standards under the Aged Care Act and Home Care Standards. BCD will rely on your experience in Aged Care in-home services to ensure we deliver exceptional care and customer service.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ Aged Care experience leading teams to provide quality and compliant home care services
  • Sound understanding of accreditation requirements and prior experience in a similar quality type role within Aged Care services.
  • Experience in managing quality systems, policy development and implementation
  • Experience in policy and reporting requirements, financial management, compliance to standards and funding agreements.
  • Demonstrable skills in project management and change management
  • Demonstrated leadership skills including a focus on strategic thinking, business acumen and driving the achievement of KPIs.
  • Proactive at supervising staff to extend on the EVP of BCD building a qualified and friendly workforce group
  • Relevant experience and a genuine interest and commitment to the holistic well-being of the elderly, including an ability to empathise and fully understand their needs

The position has full responsibility for Service Delivery and Quality and Continuous Improvement outcomes for our Aged Care business and is available with great conditions and flexibility to the right candidate.
