Where you come in:

In this full-time, contract position based in our Carlton office* you will spearhead an optimisation initiative to be rolled out across our 80-strong national store network, designing and refining a high-level project roadmap to meet ambitious growth targets. You will be part of our broader Supporter Engagement team and report to our Head of Retail.

You will make an impact by:

  • Appropriately managing Sprint planning and tracking with key Agile tools (i.e. Microsoft planner, Trello, JIRA)
  • Fostering a team spirit and drive collaboration, including facilitating daily stand-up meetings
  • Ensuring the development teams are practicing the core agile principles of collaboration, prioritisation, team accountability, and visibility
  • Identifying and removing impediments, prevent distractions, reduce interruptions to the overall project.

  • A natural stakeholder manager, with well-developed engagement skills

Position Description – Retail Store Optimisation Project Manager

*While COVID-19 social distancing restrictions are in place, this role works remotely (i.e. from home or an alternative location). Once the pandemic restrictions are lifted, the role will be based in our Carlton office.
