About the role
drummond street services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced People and Culture Manager to join the Corporate Services team. This position will play a key role in leading the organisation’s people and culture strategies and will develop and implement key strategic Leadership. The candidate will also be an integral part of drummond street services Senior Leadership Group.

You will be responsible for:
- Strategic HR Leadership
- Operational HR Leadership
- Compliance, OHS and Risk Management
- Leadership Individual

ESSENTIAL/ DESIRABLE CRITERIA
- Bachelor and Post-Graduate tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management and/or related discipline. minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or related field of expertise.
- A demonstrated history of supporting affirmative employment and cultural safety with LGBTIQA+, Aboriginal, refugee, CaLD and other vulnerable communities in the workplace
- Demonstrated understanding of corporate service systems including information systems, infrastructure management, human resources, finances, and administration
- Strong leadership and alibility to support and develop practice staff.
- Ability to contribute to the organisation including culture, people, research, best practice, and sustainability including income generation.
- Proven track record in positively designing and implementing change management processes.
- Demonstrated experience in conflict resolution and negotiations that required high level communication and planning to achieve successful outcomes.
