About the opportunity
We have outstanding opportunities for passionate and experienced people to work with a highly reputable and iconic community services organization. The Team Leader, Carer Gateway, is responsible for providing professional advice, clinical support and leadership to the Assessment and Planning Officers. Additionally, the Team Leader will facilitate discussions with carers who are identified as having complex support requirements to access appropriate supports and services to meet their needs.

About you
We’re looking for motivated people who have a genuine interest in and commitment to working with vulnerable people in our community. You will have a tietary qualification in Social Work, Community Services or equivalent and experience in a people leadership and management role, preferably with significant aged care and volunteer management experience. Empathy, resilience, outstanding personal qualities and a preference for working within a collaborative team environment are qualities that will succeed in the role.
