About the role
The Campaigns Administrator position provides support to a small fundraising and advocacy team working to implement and maintain a wide scope of projects and campaigns that assist with the delivery of our community engagement, donation revenue and advocacy funding strategies.
This part-time role will provide comprehensive administrative support, including preparing written communications and acquittals, manage the administration of donations and bequest, and work with the Campaigns Advisor to oversee the regular giving and biannual targeted campaigns to ensure the smooth, accurate and timely running of all involved processes and reporting.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide timely support and response for donor queries made by phone, email and mail including updating credit card details, setting up payment methods and managing cancellations
- Oversee the processing and receipting of donations made via phone and mail, including the financial management and receipting of the Wellways donations bank account
- Manage the monthly recording and reconciliation of donor activities in the regular giving, community fundraising, events and general donors programs including financial and bank reconciliation, in consultation with other Campaigns team members
Skills & experience
- Experience in delivering high-level customer service (donor care) via a range of channels
- The ability to work autonomously with initiative and to improve process and efficiency
- Strong financial literacy with an ability to keep track of financial activity through reporting, data analysis and sound financial management
- Strong administrative and task management skills
- Excellent written skills, knowledge of speech writing and preparation of media releases
