This is a career defining opportunity for a highly experienced fundraising leader to join a dynamic university with a truly transformational agenda.

The Director, Development and Alumni Relations will play the lead role in developing and implementing a major fundraising campaign. Presenting an unrivalled opportunity to shape this high-profile campaign, the Director will also be responsible for the strategic leadership of the Office of Development and Alumni Relations team.

A dynamic and ambitious development professional, you are a seasoned and well-connected leader with a demonstrable track record in major gift fundraising gained within the context of a comprehensive campaign. Your ability to build, lead and motivate a high performing team will be key to your success. Experience with successfully delivering multimillion-dollar campaigns within a higher education environment is highly desirable. A cultural alignment with ECU’s progressive nature, its thirst for knowledge and commitment to creating meaningful change in the world will be fundamental to success.
