This is an exciting time to join Outlook as they scale up and offer services to more people with disability based around customer choice, empowerment and control, to achieve their primary vision, which is an inclusive society for all. Outlook has developed a reputation for the provision of high quality, client-centred services;
growth in services has created the need for a newly created position of People and Culture Manager.

Reporting to the General Manager Corporate Services, the People & Culture Manager will work collaboratively with the senior leadership team, providing
operational support and direction on a range of human resources activities, including end to end employment cycle, HR systems and industrial/employee relations,
training, leadership development and change management. Leading a small team, the People & Culture Manager will be a key contributor in raising the profile of the HR function across the business. You will curate ‘value’ services and provide guidance, coaching and mentoring to operational management. This role will also be a key participant in improving systems and reporting metrics, including playing a key role in an HRIS implementation.

The person we are seeking will be a tertiary qualified, experienced and ethical Human Resources practitioner with a track record of success in driving operational
initiatives within a service-orientated structure. You will be comfortable working closely with a range of personalities and be genuinely motivated to improve the
people and culture operations. You will have outstanding leadership credentials, good judgement and well-developed communication. Your ability to engage across
the business, and identify and convert opportunities for improvement and create a ‘learning culture’ will be a key to your success in this role.
