About the role
If you’re a Manager of Prevention and Population Health, degree qualified in Public Health or similar enjoy variety in your day, and working closely with other service delivery professionals, you might be exactly the person we’re looking for!
This is an exciting and challenging time to join the team, we are seeking an innovative leader who is keen to support the team and we undertake period of change following a recent review. We are seeking an individual keen t o develop and drive the team strategy for the next 4 years. An accomplished leader with proven success developing effective programs that meet the needs of the community.
The successful candidate will be driven to build strong relationships within their team and across the organisation, building the capacity of their direct reports and integrating the Prevention and Population Health into everyday practices across the organisation.
What you’ll be doing
Using your ability to influence across organisation, externally across regions, influence at senior and implementation level you will spend time Some time in a regional or external facing meeting with a range of partner agencies, exploring new ideas, delivering on existing contracts, meeting with team members, and having conversations about development with direct reports. You will be able to demonstrate ability to document and critically evaluate the effectiveness and impact of a program and seek out strategic opportunities and translate them into tangible outcomes for the community, program and the organisation.
Who you’ll be working with
Working with other professionals, Health Promotion officers Primary Health Managers and colleagues within the Primary Health directorate, our team is dedicated to giving the best possible results.
