  • Must be available to work rotating shifts across 7:30am - 8pm

About the Role
This key team leader role sits withing our contact centre leadership team. This is a very exciting opportunity for you to nurture and grow your very own team. As the Contact Centre Team Leader, you will be responsible for providing engaging and efficient supporter experiences through the daily management of a team, hiring, motivating, recognising and rewarding high performance, coaching, mentoring and problem solving. This role is an ideal progression opportunity for anyone who would like to begin their career in people management.

About You
You will be a people person with proven experience as a team leader or supervisor within a call centre environment. You’ll possess strong coaching and development experience and the ability to engage and motivate staff members into a high performing team. You will ideally also possess a strong degree of experience in a contact centre or customer service environment.
