EMPHN achieve this goal by improving access to existing services, commissioning services to improve health outcomes and by supporting General Practice and others to innovate and further improve local health care.
The organisation is focussing on the development of innovative models of care and this role will be a key leader in the mental health space. You will work with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders including the community to understand mental health needs and develop innovative and value-add solutions.
