About the role
We are increasing our training team to deliver RTO nationally recognised training and deliver Crisis Support Worker and Accidental Counsellor courses.
LLNB deliver multiple training courses per year and the delivery is undertaken via face to face and online training mediums.
Completion of a Train the Trainer course hosted by Lifeline Australia is required to learn course content for delivery.
To be considered you must have;
- Cert IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 )
- Counselling, Psychology or social work experience ideally in crisis/trauma support
- Evidence of undertaking regular Professional Development of Training and/or Assessment Competencies
- Working Rights checks (working with children/vulnerable persons and Police checks)
- Experience delivering face to face and online training content
What is involved?
- Delivery of the Lifeline Australia’s RTO recognised Training to participants
- Evening and weekend delivery of the course content
- Course preparation/administration/grading and support to the cohort during the training course
- Workshop delivery and final assessment throughout the year
Trainers will be engaged as independent contractors and you must have a current Australian Business Number (ABN).
