About the role
WDV is recruiting for the position of Co-Facilitator to assist in the recruitment, delivery, and evaluation of the Enabling Women Leadership Program in Colac, with a main focus on delivery of the Program.
WDV is looking for a woman, non-binary or person of another marginalised gender, comfortable in women-centred spaces who identifies with the values of WDV and lives with disability to fulfil this position.
We particularly encourage applications from women with disabilities, including those from diverse backgrounds, such as LGBTIQ+, Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander, CALD, migrant, and refugee backgrounds.
They will have strong connections to Colac and/or surrounding areas, with facilitation experience and/or skills. Some experience of supporting people with disabilities to become more empowered is desirable.

Classification: Women’s Health Victoria Enterprise Agreement 2007 Level 2, Year 1 Salary $57,897 – Rate $36.63 (which includes 25% casual loading) plus 10% superannuation
Hours of Work: Up to 81 hours spread over 4 months
Tenure: Date of appointment to Friday 29 October 2021
Position Location: Colac
A police check will be required to undertake the duties in this position.
