About the role
The non-profit organisation Next25 is seeking a Fundraising Senior Officer (Philanthropy and Grants) to become a pivotal part of our External Engagement team, working closely with our Director of Programs to expand our fundraising and income-generation capacity and success. The Fundraising Senior Officer’s key roles will be to:
- Identify new fundraising opportunities– including philanthropy, crowdfunding, sponsorships, and partnerships
- Identify opportunities to market our products and services
- Write applications and acquittals
- Manage our CRM and the administration of the above
The Fundraising Senior Officer will work closely with our External Engagement team, which currently comprises the Director of Programs, Senior Advisor Communications, Communications Officer, and the Executive Director. At Next25, fundraising staff work closely with our program staff to ensure the funding we receive supports our work in the most effective ways. This means that fundraising staff can see the outcomes of their work and the impact programs have towards our mission. We are an expanding yet close-knit team with low staff turnover.
