ALCA is a membership-based network that brings together the Australian state-level land trusts and other major organisations working in land conservation and restoration. These organisations individually and collectively contribute to the achievement of local, national and international biodiversity conservation goals on private land. With private land playing an increasingly important role in the achievement of nature conservation in Australia, ALCA has a significant stake in, and can significantly contribute to, the delivery of conservation outcomes on private land. About the role
ABOUT THE ROLE
The Events and Projects Lead is a dynamic and rewarding role building the capacity and capability of the Private Land Conservation sector to develop, deliver and communicate conservation and restoration programs that meet the challenges our natural and cultural environment faces.
This position will be responsible for delivering ALCA’s annual Private Land Conservation Conference, a range of career pathway developments focused on career entry frameworks and middle management leadership training and the development of new programs that support this strategic priority area.
