About the role
Intereach is excited to announce that we have a fantastic opportunity available for a skilled leader to join Intereach in the role of General Manager Aged Care Services.
Reporting to the CEO, and being part of the Executive Management Team, this role will provide strategic and operational leadership across the organisation’s aged care programs (HCP and CHSP) with initial emphasis on developing a robust quality and risk framework, sound operating systems and contemporary clinical capabilities within care and support services, consistent with Intereach’s values.
Utilizing extensive sector knowledge and experience, the strategic leveraging of capability and service footprint to achieve substantial growth and diversity, is critical to success.
This position is full time with an attractive salary on offer for the right candidate. Base location is similarly subject to negotiation.
About you
A proven leader in the non-profit/aged care sector, you excel in building and nurturing harmonious relations with internal and external stakeholders and in synchronizing purpose and business objectives. Your extensive experience, professional rigour and excellence in mentoring and imparting knowledge builds added capacity and capability within your team.
Balancing and sustaining service growth with exemplary clinical, care and support service provision to consumers; you are highly motivated, results-oriented, thrive on autonomy, are situationally adaptable and highly proficient in the stewardship of human and financial resources across multiple sites.
Highly organized and comfortable in multiple workplace settings, your resilience, judgement, and capacity to mobilize yourself throughout the regions, as necessary, is critical to success.
