About the role
Within the Katherine and Gunbalanya regions TeamHEALTH deliver programs to Children, Families and Adults.
Reporting to the Mental Health Supports Manager the Team Leader provides overall management and leadership of services delivered in the Katherine and Gunbalanya Regions. They will work with the Manager to develop, implement and deliver the services in the target areas. The Team Leader will provide leadership, supervision and mentoring to the staff located in Katherine and Gunbalanya.
Possessing qualifications in a relevant health or welfare area the successful applicant will have demonstrated experience in the management and delivery of services applying a person/child centred and strength-based approaches, relevant to a range of life stages, including children, young people and adults.
The successful applicant will be required to have a current National Police Certificate, Working with Children Clearance, NT Driver’s Licence and completed the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
