About the role

We are looking for a highly competent individual to gather, analyse and communicate information as well as develop the reporting platforms required to provide Compassion Australia with meaningful, insightful, engaging and transparent information that explains and guides current and future performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work independently, with multiple cross-functional project teams and business units to prepare comprehensive business requirements documents that meet the needs of stakeholders
  • Development of automated standard dashboards and reports, including high level summaries on results across all ministry programs, campaigns and appeals using PowerBI platform
  • Assist in the development of the ministry business intelligence platform through increased functionality of new dimensions, measures and the visualisation of data to support automated reporting
  • Evaluate effectiveness of existing data and reporting systems, and develop new reporting systems to improve workflow, quality and/or timeliness where appropriate

 
Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

  • Able to discuss problems, analyse and formulate solutions with a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Advanced competency with PowerBI including Desktop, writing DAX, PowerBI service, Workspaces and Apps.
  • Knowledge of CRM products with preference for Salesforce
  • Python, Talend data integration tools, and SQL experience desirable
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
