About the role

This position is responsible for managing the systems that enable a high level of service delivery performance and for building the capability of people leaders to maintain performance and achieve financial and service delivery improvements.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work alongside our Senior and Operational Managers to build their capability and ensure proper compliance, service delivery tracking and identification of service improvement opportunities.  As a major project, the role is responsible for contributing to the design and delivery of an outcomes measurement framework in line with future sector requirements.

The role is responsible for understanding the terms of VincentCare’s multiple funding contracts, updating contract registers and funding variations (Funding Contract and Data Management system), and providing clear communication to relevant managers.  Communication will include variations to contracts (including variations to funding), ensuring mechanisms are in place to measure organisational performance, providing analysis to senior management on performance and helping to identify improvements to service delivery.

About you

You are an appropriately qualified professional with experience in providing comprehensive case management, planning and support to assist clients.

You have an understanding of partnership initiatives and deliverables and an ability to positively collaborate with other programs and organisations. You understand the importance of interacting in ways that respect the equality, diversity, choices, rights, safety and responsibilities of individuals throughout the process whilst also maintaining strong professional boundaries.

You have experience in maintaining constructive, empathetic, supportive and respectful working relationships to ensure an integrated service response.

Your experience and knowledge also extends to:

  • Experience in data analytics and/or outcomes measurement
  • Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly effective time management, work prioritization and problem-solving skills
  • Highly developed research and conceptual analytical ability, demonstrated by successful resolution of complex issues.

Why work for us?  We offer:

  • An opportunity to contribute to an award winning organisation at the cutting edge of LGBTIQ inclusive practice and one that is both safe and culturally responsive.
  • We are committed to professional development to ensure your career keeps advancing while you’re working with us.
  • We offer a place where you know you are contributing to an organisation committed to helping others and passionate about informing Social Justice.
  • We have some great talent who are happy to share their knowledge and experiences to help you on your way.
  • Salary packaging, sometimes called salary sacrificing is a huge attraction here! It is a popular way of providing employees in the community sector with tax benefits over and above their salary. It means the real value of a salary package can be significantly higher than the nominal value.

If making a difference is important to you and you meet our essential requirements we can’t wait to hear from you. Please submit your CV together with a detailed and separate response to each of the key selection criteria which can be found in the position description available on our website here.
