The Organisation

The Role

Currently seeking to recruit two regional managers, one to be based in the New England region encompassing Tamworth, Moree and Armidale. The second Western NSW encompassing Bathurst, Parkes, Dubbo, Broken Hill, Bourke and Cobar.

Reporting to the general manager, operations and working as part of a dynamic senior management team, you will be required to oversee and further develop operations and service delivery. The service delivery footprint is well established in both regions covering a broad area. You will be accountable for a team of managers and their reports, ultimately ensuring superior operations and service delivery across your region.

Your responsibilities will include effective management of partnerships and relationships including a range of funders including state and national health services and Primary Health Networks. Specifically you will also;

  • Provide financial, technical and professional advice
  • Ensure the timely and compliant delivery of services
  • Manage the team, service resources and associated financial reporting
  • Develop your knowledge and philosophy of standards, QA principles, policies and WH&S

Skills Required

You are a highly proficient management professional with an ability to work collaboratively with the senior management team applying your leadership, creativity and business acumen.  A knowledge of service delivery within health, disability, mental health or related industries and experienced understanding of the NDIS would be advantageous, including a lived experience but not essential.

Offering a well-developed network within the industry, you’re able to identify, research and recommend programs, services and client groups. You have an adaptable style that enables you to feel comfortable working in complex human environments.  Degree qualifications within behavioural sciences or a health-related discipline is required.
