About the opportunity
Uniting operates Lifeline centres in Ballarat and Melbourne. Lifeline is a national charity providing all Australians experiencing a personal crisis with access to 24-hour crisis support and suicide prevention services. In addition to providing telephone crisis support (13 11 14), we offer a broad range of training for individuals, corporate and community groups.
The Lifeline Centre Supervisor is responsible for the provision of reflective practice supervision for paid and volunteer crisis supporters. The role provides formal debriefing, individual and group supervision and delivers professional development sessions.

About you
We’re looking for an authentic leader who is highly motivated to join our committed team. A tertiary qualifications in the disciplines of social work, psychology, welfare studies or counselling and hold ongoing full accreditation under a National health, social work or counselling registration board. Strong decision making, analytical and communication skills with outstanding professional qualities are key to be successful in this role.
