The Organisation
Our client is a well-known, highly regarded community organisation committed to tackling the significant critical, contemporary issues adversely affecting women, girls and their families. They aspire for all women, girls and families to be safe, well, strong and connected.
The Position
Reporting to General Manager, you will research, analyse, develop, implement, and review innovative concepts and strategic projects that enhance the organisation’s service offerings, integration across the enterprise and the outcomes achieved for clients and funders.
In addition, you will:
- Consultatively research, analyse, design, develop, plan, and prioritise projects; including developing clear project plans that articulate a role for each member of the project team
- Ensure all projects are informed and continually improved by measurable outcomes
- Develop and manage budgets allocated to projects and ensure that project milestones are being met
- Proactively manage project issues, risks, mitigation, and opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial and legal requirements
- Evaluate project outcomes in line with organisation goals.
The Person
To thrive in this role you will have:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Demonstrated superior project management skills
- Significant experience in evidence/data informed project management
- Ideally Community/NFP background
The Offer
An attractive remuneration package of $120K plus superannuation, with the benefit of attractive NFP packaging (up to $18K tax free/year) and gifted leave, will be offered to the successful candidate, commensurate with skills and experience.
