About the opportunity
The Consumer Partnerships Project Facilitator supports Consumers to share their lived expertise with safety and confidence.
This role provides support to the design of high-quality projects where decision making power is shared between Consumers and the Uniting workforce. The role prioritises relationships and acts as a subject matter expert and point of contact on how to create effective partnerships at Uniting.

About you
The ideal candidate will have:
- Relevant experience in consumer participation practice
- Achieved or studying for relevant qualification in the community development or social services field preferred but not mandatory
- Understanding of cultural safety and empathy for people with a diverse range of backgrounds
- Commitment to improving services for Consumers and Consumer rights
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and email.
