About the opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and motivated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team at our Alfredton centre.
The role is to oversee operations of the service to maintain compliance and quality. This includes inspiring, motivating and working collaboratively with the team to provide high quality education and care programs to children.
Strong leadership, knowledge of contemporary early childhood practice, provision of high quality programs, and continuous quality improvement are hallmarks of this position.

About you
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:
- Post-secondary qualifications in Early Childhood Education (three year minimum) as approved by the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority.
- Demonstrated understanding of quality frameworks and continuous quality improvement processes.
- Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of early childhood development and education.
- Demonstrated understanding of the Early Years Learning and Development Frameworks and National Quality Framework.
