About the role

We currently have an amazing permanent Full Time opportunity for a Marketing Manager (Supporter Experience) in Blackburn to lead the supporter experience strategy and development of programs that address supporter needs and loyalty.

To be successful in this role you will need to work with key stakeholders to develop supporter journeys, develop and implement stewardship and growth plans, supporter research and experience measurement and collateral/communications to support defined supporter experiences.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporter Experience Strategy: creating engagement plans, insights, digital engagement and capability as well as developing and implementing the supporter journey for new and existing supporters
  • Supporter Engagement: develop annual supporter engagement plans, develop supporter relationship and conversation plans
  • Supporter Insights: Oversee the development of baseline datasets and performance dashboards, develop and oversee supporter feedback mechanisms and provide reporting to the business on trends / recommendations
  • Supporter Communication: develop a supporter communication plan focussing on stewardship, loyalty and improved supporter sentiment and oversee the development of supporting materials and collaborate cross functionally within Fundraising
  • People Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement

 

About you:

  • Degree in Marketing/Fundraising/Management or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record in a customer experience, fundraising or marketing environment
  • Significant experience in developing and leading high-performance teams
  • Experience with multichannel fundraising streams including databases and direct mail
