The Responsible Investment Association Australasia (RIAA) is looking for an experienced, diligent and energetic professional to provide administrative services and support to RIAA’s growing Responsible Investment Certification Program.
As a member of a dynamic team, this position is a great opportunity to be part of a team ensuring RIAA delivers on its product certification and ratings goals and strategies, which is central to its vision. RIAA works to promote, advocate for, and support approaches to responsible investment that align capital with achieving a healthy and sustainable society, environment and economy. The RIAA Certification and Ratings team meets the market and member demand directed towards certified responsible investment products and advice.
You work closely with the Head, Certification and Ratings, Manager Certification and Ratings, the Certification Program team and other RIAA team members. You will be an essential member of the Certification and Ratings team with responsibility for coordinating Certification Assessment Panel meetings, including preparing and circulating documentation.
The ideal candidate has a passion for administrative systems and processes that support teams to function well. You thrive in a complex and fast-moving organisational setting. You are very organised, can manage multiple functions and tasks simultaneously, are outcomes-focused and have a good ability to get things done.
You will have expertise in:
- providing high quality administrative and secretarial services
- ability to multitask, meet deadlines and utilise the latest information technology tools to enhance your work including MS Office, especially Excel
You will demonstrate an:
- Impeccable track record as an administrative officer or administrative assistant
- Exceptional teamwork and commitment to respectful and inclusive work culture
- Interest in responsible investment
