We have a great opportunity for a skilled practitioner to join our Complex Care team. You will provide direct case management and support to children and parents, as well as young people, so that they can successfully transition from out of home care.
We are looking for someone who is degree qualified (preferably Social Work, Psychology and/or related behavioural sciences) and experienced working in a community service, such as Family Services, Child Protection or a similar role.

What you’ll be doing:
You will be working with the Complex Care Team providing a range of supports to young people including transitioning from care, family reunification and family preservation support.
You have specialist knowledge of trauma informed practice including development, and a comprehensive understanding of the statutory system. You have excellent communication and relationship building skills, enjoy working as part of a team and have the capacity to exercise professional judgement to ensure excellent outcomes for our clients and the team.
Who you’ll be working with:
You will be joining the Complex Care Team with the support of an engaged, hands-on Team Leader. The Complex Care Team is a welcoming team who encourage each other to aim high and do great work!
