Your new role

• Undertake reception duties, providing friendly and warm customer service to clients and visitors
• Provide communications including phone calls and emails
• Undertake light admin tasks and complete errands as periodically required
• Support our vibrant customer service team and Kids First staff

About you

• Relevant certificate or diploma qualification in customer service/administration desired
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• Well organised, ability to prioritise, excellent time management skills
• Professional, polite, and proficient in customer interactions
• Proven knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
