GM of Customer, Insights and Marketing (Aged Care)

The Organisation
Benetas is one of the leading not-for-profit providers of residential aged care, community health & home care, respite care and retirement living options in Victoria. For more than 70 years, it has been helping older people live their best lives by providing them, their families and carers with outstanding levels of customer service and individualised care.
 
The Position
Reporting to the CEO and as a key member of the Executive Management Team, the General Manager of Customer, Insights and Marketing is the steward of the Customer Experience Strategy, which underpins the successful delivery of the Benetas “Next Generation” Strategy. The role is responsible for leading an experienced team of managers and employees:

  • Managing Marketing, Sales, Communications and Customer engagement
  • Providing expert advice, market insights and support to the Board, CEO and Executive peers
  • Proactively managing the corporate, media and social media profile
  • Leading the development of best practice CX management
  • Managing the development of digital assets.

The Person
This is an Executive role requiring depth of experience with a track record in effective cross-portfolio collaboration, delivering to sales and marketing targets, and utilising communications effectively to positively reach and engage a wide community, both internally and externally.

It is essential that you have:

  • A proven track record in strategic leadership with relevant professional expertise and specialist knowledge, particularly in Marketing
  • Experience in contributing to an Executive Team and liaising with Boards
  • Sound people and financial management skills
  • Demonstrated experience in building data-driven systems to enhance decision making around customer experience to deliver organisational performance
  • Tertiary qualifications in business management, marketing or another related field.

The Offer
An attractive executive-level base salary, plus statutory superannuation will be negotiated with the successful candidate, commensurate with skills and experience. Full PBI/Not for Profit packaging is also available. Flexible working options can also be discussed.
