About the role

We’re looking for a professional Project Data Administrator with relevant experience who wants to join our 2,000+ team of staff and volunteers to make a difference over a 2 year max term contract (with potential for extension), working 38 hours per week, supporting our specialist inclusion BSL team, as part of the broader North East Link Social Inclusion Team, located in the North East Link Tunnels, Spark Consortium offices in Abbotsford.

THE ROLE

The Project Data Administrator works within the Spark inclusion team to lead the delivery of Spark’s social inclusion program data management and reporting activities. This includes monitoring against agreed social inclusion performance measurements and indicators, to meet contractual and evidentiary requirements for both internal and external stakeholders.

This role will be part of a team of BSL specialists, embedded within the Spark Joint Venture Inclusion Team, working hand in glove with Spark to partner with jobseeker service providers, and act as the lead provider in the facilitation of approximately 965 sustained employment placements for priority disadvantaged jobseekers over a seven-year NEL design and construction phase.

  • Manage and oversee the customization of the WAVE XD data platform provided by Refugee and Migrant Talent, (RMT) to specifications.
    Be the SPARK/BSL point person with RMT ensuring all Spark and BSL users are supported with their queries in a timely manner
  • Coordinate the Portal license provided by RMT, for the WAVE XD platform including the distribution of licenses to partner service providers and Spark supply chain employers.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that timely, accurate data is appropriately captured in the portal/ databases/ forms etc. and utilized to meet contractual reporting, operational needs, and the research/evaluation requirements of the project.
  • Manage and support the development of data input processes and procedures ensuring accurate and thorough reporting

  • Proven data management, analytical and problem-solving capacity.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills utilising multiple styles of communication to influence a broad range of stakeholders from a wide range of statuses and sectors.
  • Demonstrated ability to document processes and produce detailed complex reports.
  • High level competency in the use of record management systems, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook programs.
